Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation Policy:

• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at chitrkalaaofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate, but if the production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
  
  

• Customized Orders: For custom-made posters, cancellations are only possible within 3 hours of placing the order. After that, production might have begun, and cancellation won't be possible.
  
  

• Non-Customized Orders: You can request cancellation anytime before your order has been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
